Shipping

We ship to all European countries. All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or commissioned pieces may take longer — you'll be informed of the expected timeline.

Delivery Times

• Belgium: 1–3 business days

• EU: 3–7 business days

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. You can track your delivery through the carrier's website.

Returns

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.

Refunds

If a return is accepted, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be cancelled.
